New Hope Counseling partners with Marriage and Family Clinic. Logan offers in-person sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays and telehealth sessions on Tuesday and Friday. The staff will be happy to guide you through the new client process and schedule your first session.
All clients need to be physically located in the state of Indiana or Florida for all telehealth sessions.
Helpful items to prepare for registration and your first visit:
- Pictures (front and back) of your insurance card, if applicable.
- Logan is in-network with the following commercial Insurance Networks
- Anthem BlueCross BlueShield
- UnitedHealthcare
- Aetna
- Logan is in-network with the following commercial Insurance Networks
- Logan also accepts Out-of-Network policies for a flat fee of $165 per session.
- Access to internet to complete all online forms.
Office Location – Fishers, Indiana
Located in the heart of downtown Fishers, you can find street parking on Municipal Drive or you can park in the garage located off of Municipal Drive (Switch Parking Garage)
Next, the entrance is by colorful chairs and string lights right next to the Nickel Plate Trail. You will enter into the double doors with “Switch” on the door (located directly left of “Another Broken Egg Cafe”)
