New Hope Counseling partners with Groff & Associates, a group practice on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Logan offers in-person sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays and telehealth sessions on Tuesday and Friday. The staff will be happy to guide you through the new client process and schedule your first session.
All clients need to be physically located in the state of Indiana or Florida for all telehealth sessions.
Helpful items to prepare for registration and your first visit:
- Pictures (front and back) of your insurance card, if applicable.
- Logan is in-network with the following commercial Insurance Networks
- Anthem BlueCross BlueShield
- UnitedHealthcare
- Aetna
- Logan is in-network with the following commercial Insurance Networks
- Logan also accepts Out-of-Network policies for a flat fee of $150 per session.
- Access to internet to complete all online forms.
