Welcome to New Hope Counseling! As you consider taking the first step towards therapy, I aim to provide clarity about my approach and what you can expect in our sessions.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in counseling and biblical studies, followed by a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy and professional counseling from Johnson University (formerly Johnson Bible College).
With over a decade of experience specializing in working with couples and families, I approach therapy through a Gospel-centered lens. This means integrating biblical foundations and scriptural truths with clinically sound principles to support individuals through challenging life phases while honoring their values and beliefs. My commitment to each client’s unique journey underscores my practice. I prioritize collaboration and tailor therapy to align with your individual needs and perspectives.
Beyond therapy, I find joy in activities such as running, music, reading, and cherishing time with my family. Prioritizing self-care is integral to my ability to effectively support others.
I understand that seeking help is not easy. I encourage you to take that courageous step forward. Together, we can embark on a journey toward a more fulfilling life and healthier relationships. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to support and guide you.
